Office Assistant

We are looking for a talented and motivated professional who can join Dasco as our Part-Time Office Assistant.


Monday-Friday (25 hours per week)

10:00am-3:00pm (some flexibility in start and end times)

A successful candidate will be responsible for entering orders, uploading e-mails into our database, filling out compliance forms for our customers, answering the phones, greeting customers when needed and other detail oriented tasks.

The ideal candidate MUST be comfortable with detail oriented work. This is a very data intensive job and you must love routine and be extremely attentive to detail.

Dasco stocks and provides complete identification systems including labels, label printers, software and services to manufacturers, hospitals and warehouses throughout North America.


  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Set up new customer accounts and keep records of customer interactions
  • Receive, review and process orders.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct caller to the person they are looking for.
  • Answer simple customer questions about order due dates or shipping information utilizing the information we have in our system.
  • Manage our online chat service once comfortable in position.
  • Fill out supplier requests for information when needed.
  • Upload e-mails and other documents into our shared system.
  • Learn and retain information on the industry and products Dasco sells
