The Dispensa-matic DM-6-II label dispenser advances at over 4" per second standard--faster than high-speed competitor machines. Dispenses on boxes, envelopes, brochures, bottles, bags, cans, or anything that needs a label. It is designed not to wind up waste paper to allow users to dispense rolls up to 5" width without changing the waste! Butt-cut or die-cut compatible. Multiple-row compatible.
Loading is a "snap," just feed the labels between the dispensing tables then through the patented feed-roll assembly and "snap" into place. Features:
Side frames: Made with the highest quality metals, then formed, countersunk, de-burred, and inspected one at a time at our facility.
Dispensing Tables: Formed out of 6061-T6 Aluminum. The peel edge is hand milled to spec within .001" using a special hand-made cutting tool to get that perfect peeling edge needed to dispense labels without tearing the backing paper (35 years of perfecting the peeling action). Dispensing tables are POLISHED with ultra-fine polishing compound, not cheap Teflon tape that peels over time, so paper flows freely around the plate.
DM-II motor: The heavy-duty, long-lasting shaded pole AC motor is made in the USA to high-quality specifications. Outlasts cheaper 12v motors.
Micro-Switch branded switches: Switch is made in the USA and designed to detect all label materials: Paper, Mylar, Foil, Holographic, and CLEAR! (If you prefer a photo cell please contact us!)
